Family Tracker for iPad App Reviews

This app does not work for me, I have iPad, did everything required, and it still does nothing. I tested it by tracking myself, still does not recognize my confirmation......

This ap will drain an iphone battery in nothing flat.... it is not worth the function if it drains the battery in just a few hours.

Does anyone know how I can get my money back? This not what I expected.

I feel this is a good app but not for the price. I was expecting more from the app with a $5.99 price tag.

Requires manual intervention for accuracy which makes this app worthless!

Dont let them take your money! There is a reason they want you to call support before you review.....dont give up the $ for this crapy software.

You have to pay $5.99 for each phone you want to track. Rip off.

I payed $7 to download it then it made me pay for a subscription which the cheapest is $3, I wont even work!! Give me my money back!!

Great support guys! The battery does indeed seem to last longer, even though tomorrow with a full day of use will be the final proof. And the GPS fix for updating the location in "100m" mode when the phones at home, not moving, does actually work - updates are shown every few minutes, not hours. It wasnt a real problem to begin with, since the updates when driving where made almost in real-time, but knowing that the app is running thank to the updates even if the phone isnt moving give me the reassurance that it is indeed running :-) Thanks for the good work! Keep the updates coming!! How about a notification if the kids leave the house...? Suggestion for the next update maybe :-)

this app seemed promising but in order for me to get an updated position I send a ping or I tell it to force an update and then the message tells me that I will be notified when the user on the other end accepts my request to update their position. so in other words it requires interaction from the person on the other end to update. I may as well just try to call them on the cell phone and ask them where they are. I liked the alert siren, but that only worked once. UPDATE: pings no longer work at all, the phone being tracked displays no alerts and makes no sounds. I followed troubleshooting instructions, checking settings, even to the extent of removing and reinstalling the application, still isnt working properly. going to uninstall and buy something else

Read about the app on Google the other day being used to track a missing child. Told my wife, and she immediately installed it on all our phones. I was skeptical at first, but I went from 6-7 calls a day from her to see where I was and if I was fine, to just one at night when I stop to rest (I drive and travel a lot). She uses the app to see where I am, and if Im moving Im obviously OK :-)

I love this app. Our daughter likes it a bit less... but for us its now almost indispensable :-) Whenever we need to know were she is, we can do so without ever needing to call her (and possibly listening to her lies...!). Not to mention that I travel a lot and my wife feels much better to know where I am at all times. I cant comment about tech support as Ive never had the need to contact them - everything has always worked very very nicely.
